Great, dependable service, keeping my 15 year-old Toyota running better than new. They can do it all, including brakes and tires, in addition to all things mechanical. These guys are the best "trouble-shooters" in the city. Avery & Nic always go above and beyond. Cannot recommend more highly.

Avery was my service manager and walked me through each repair. I had some other issues I wanted them to look at but he called me back to say it wasn’t in their wheelhouse versus just charging another diagnostic fee. That sold me on them! They have my business for now on!

I've brought my Subaru Forester with ~130k miles here a number of times and the service is always fantastic. Prices are fair, and they're thorough and efficient. Brad is the best- he's a straight shooter and super knowledgable! He'll always explain in detail why something needs repairing before doing the work, and won't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've been concerned about getting ripped off by mechanics in the past, but never at Franklin. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

GOOD PEOPLE. THEY TOOK ON A SMALL COSMETIC JOB THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME, BUT IT WAS NOT SOMETHING THEY USUALLY DO. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANKLIN AUTOMOTIVE.

Our Opel Rekord E had an oil change, a major service, and the replacement of two rubber mounts on the front axle. All work and its documentation were completed within half a day, to my complete satisfaction. A replacement vehicle was also provided. I would rate the value for money as outstanding. I have taken both my wife and I's car to Franklin Automotive and both were amazing experiences. Franklin was quick, knowledgeable, had amazing customer service, and had very competitive prices. Brad handled both of my experiences and due to his hard work and excellent service, I have nothing but good things to say about Franklin Automotive. Brad thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done, gave me the quote and then let me decide; no pressure or sales tactics. Pleased as always with the recent service Franklin provided for my Audi. It never takes long to get an appointment. My car is evaluated quickly, and I get a clear cost estimate of needed repairs texted and phone called to me (in less than an hour this time!). Discussions about my car always feel honest, and the pricing is MUCH more fair than the dealership I once used. Franklin also has a helpful shuttle service to drop off and pick up people within a short radius. Thanks to Nick their Audi guy!
